The last few years, the top 100 chart was full of big room house. I've noticed this year that the top 100 is essentially tech house, house, etc. I'm not complaining, just wondering is this due to a shift in consumption to streaming or is Beatport aggregating their charts differently?

Beating???

Anyway, I guess this mainly happened because 1) artists stopped releasing exclusively on beatport (as far as I can remember a beatport exclusive means that you can't put out a release on another service for 2 weeks when the exclusive tag comes off) and 2) streaming services like you said, so the situation with the charts eventually turned back to its NORMAL state
Why don't people do the things they say they're gonna do, before it's too late
No point in sitting and wondering 'cause it's your right to choose your own thing
