Well it will depend on the website you ordered it. But technically, it works the same for a lot things, you receive them before the release date. In fact, it works better with a CD order than the iTunes digital order. That, yes, you can have it only on release date.

And DCBull, can you spoil us about the bonus you're talking about ? :D
I though the pre-order worked like this, in terms of CD.
a) You get the downloable files earlier
b) You get the CD on the release date
c) or something like that :lol:

Haha I knew it... Tijuana obviously would get released as a surprise, since all the hype around it in the last week :D

Wow, it got release yesterday on Dutch itunes! just bought it, it's downloading now (would have got physical copy, but can't where I am, so will buy it another time).

Does the bonus only come with the pre-order or cd? or will I get it from itunes?
