Since it is a Bootleg/ mash Up I do not think that it will be released, try to remake for yourself it is not that difficult, I would say you need around 6 hours to complete all the tracks, do the beatmatching etc.

Nobody knows the other track,its a real solid techno track,lots of percussion and some vox....

Yeah well.. Better to drop it, if it isn't working, instead of releasing something they're not perfectly happy with!
But would've been nice though.. Maybe they'll pick it up again sometime, or start on a new one
