This guy must be a good friend of Axwell otherwise I don't get it. Hismusic is average at best.

At first I didn't understand why he was on Axtone but now his sound is evolving and fits the label way more than before imo.

He’s definitely been getting some ‘Axwell protege’ treatment.

Sorta like New ID and HRS back in the day, DOD/Klahr/Winnel are kinda the new faces of Axtone.
Longtime lurker, took the plunge and left the world behind.

Riding that Sixes hype

Other DJs seem to love playing his stuff, so I guess DOD is great at making club stuff. But not really feeling it myself. Hope Glow gets some good remixes cause the potential is there

That first one is pretty nice, haven't heard it yet.
Second one ("Give Me Your Love") was already teased last year, so it could be this one.

To be fair, his production is pretty sick if you're into his style... DOD is seen as a talented guy by most producers, his tracks are mostly festival and have a short-living span, but he does produce some very good stuff if you're into his style... I'm not and most of the forum isn't either, but that doesn't mean he's a sucky producer with average music as you claim.

Everytime I read D.O.D. I need to think of his horrible breakthrough track More Cowbell. Such a sloppy production and believe it or not, many people loved it back in 2013.

Talking about early D.O.D stuff, this week I found out that this song that I discovered ages ago was indeed from him. Even though it sounds super 2012-generic, it still is a solid track, way better than that More Cowbell nonsense

Reminds me of early Martin Garrix and many more artists, who did super generic tracks from whatever the era of EDM they were, until they had a breakthrough track, got famous and were able to had their own sound after that.
