Exactly my thought....
Anywho, I don't disrespect the man at all, just venting my opinion. I've seen Axwell play a long time ago and he acted much less like a clown in those days. Maybe he hang around with Bob Cheese Sinclar a tad too much...?
I dunno, whatever. As long as the man keeps his feet on solid ground and keeps rocking out his out-of-this-world tunes.
Go Ax, forreal!

perfect answer.axwell wrote:Friend, how do you expect me to look any different when I'm living this life?TonyS wrote:Why does Axwell act like he's getting the biggest orgasm of all time every frikkin' break he plays? Kinda lame...
How would you look if you travelled the world and played your records to a loving and appreciating crowd, and got to call making music your job and earn a decent living out of it?

The man's having a great time, playing great music, living the life he's always dreamed of and making people happy all around the world, so I see nothing wrong with showing it

Really, all love to those who live the dream!
Of course making music in the studio is fun but the really fun part of being a pro-dj must be the DJ-ing.
When i see axwell on theese vids i see a DJ who loves what his doing. And continually makes his DJ'ng to something fun.
Quite similar i think to musicians except the instrument in this case is the CDJ and mixer.
On the other side, any DJ not acting like axwell could be interpreted as boring or dull so this discussion could go on(and it did) and on ranging from axwell to tiesto.
Barely ontopic; When Steve Angello entered the booth at Pacha Barc. he poured (read threw) a glass of water on the audience. Sure, the floor was hot and a sprinkler would have been nice, but he did it a "take this you motherf*ckers - i own you!"-fashion. Not nice. At all. Just because we like your music doesnt mean we like to be treated like sh*t. Or does it mean that? :=)
