whenever i put mine in i feel much more relaxed. loud music is stress and when i put my plugs in i feel a looooot better! really important nowadays. good music doesnt have to be crazy loud!

I've special ones which filter words like "David" or "electro" or "Guetta" - can't hear them anymore :lol:

I seriously have to get pair of these. On tuesday I thought my ears were going to bleed after my gig.
How much are the Guetta-filter ear plugs?
Free i guess? :lol:

I got custom ones from http://sensaphonics.com/ -- highly recommend them! I use the 15dB filter though there's been a couple times at loud clubs where I wished i had 25dB filters!
